Fees and Payments

Applicable Law

This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the England and Wales.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions have been made in and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and other countries. Any action to enforce these Terms and Conditions shall be brought in the courts located in Birmingham, UK.
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, nothing in these Terms and Conditions will serve to pre-empt the promises made in IQ4News Privacy Policy.
